That moment of exclusion is what Access Sun Loungers was built to solve.
Our founder watched a close friend lose the ability to relax poolside with dignity. A progressive condition had taken away her mobility, and standard sun loungers, designed without her in mind, made it impossible to get in and out safely or comfortably. That experience revealed something that could not be unseen: accessibility in outdoor hospitality was a widespread problem that nobody was addressing at the quality end of the market.

Our flagship design, the Unity Access elevated sun lounger, was developed specifically for easier poolside and beach use, including wheelchair transfer. Jackie Meechan is an experienced business owner who has built and run multiple ventures across different sectors. When she identified a clear and unaddressed gap in the outdoor hospitality market, she built Access Sun Loungers to fill it properly. Jackie brings a commercial mindset, a direct working style, and a genuine belief that beautiful design and real accessibility are not mutually exclusive. She is available to speak directly with procurement and FF&E teams who want to understand what the right solution looks like for their property.
